AVOCADO FANS WITH GROUND NUT DRESSING

 

3 avocados, halved, peeled and sliced into " fans "

Juice of 1/2 lemon

3 Tbs. ground nuts (peanuts)

2/3 tsp. paprika

2/3 tsp. cinnamon

Dollop of chili paste

Salt to taste

 

Prepare avocado fans and lightly coat them with lemon juice.

Then, chop peanuts and blend with remaining ingredients.

Fan each avocado half onto a plate and smooth peanut mixture on top.

 

serves 6
