Lately I've been playing with grain combinations. I am very happy with the following cereal that contains no wheat, for instance: 1 cp brown rice (short grain best) 1 cp oat groats 1 cp millet 1/2 cp amaranth 1/2 cp quinoa Stir grains together. Bag in one cup quantities. Cook one cup with 3 cups water for 45 minutes over low heat (just like cooking brown rice). I'm looking forward to sharing more recipes. Bon Appetit!
