Guest guest Posted June 17, 2001 Report Share Posted June 17, 2001 OLIVE SAUCE Yield: 1 Servings 2 tb Butter or margarine 2 tb All-pourpose flour 1 c Milk 1/4 c Sliced pimiento-stuffed Green olives 1. Melt butter in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher in microwave oven (about 30 secones at High). Add flour and blend to a smooth paste. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. 2. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 minutes at High, or until thickened; stir vigorously after 2 minutes, then every 30 seconds.
