Guest guest Posted June 12, 2001 Report Share Posted June 12, 2001 Vegetarian, Low-Fat Herbed Tofu Dip 11 ozs. firm tofu 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 2 tsps. dijon mustard 1/2 tsp. dill 2 cloves garlic, minced 3/4 tsp. celery seed 1/2 c. sliced green onions 1 tsp. prepared horseradish 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. salt or less or none Pat tofu dry. Whirl in a blender until very smooth; start and stop motor often enough to push tofu into blades. Turn into a bowl and mix with seasonings. Serve with fresh vegetables. Makes about 2 1/2 cs.
