Guest guest Posted June 8, 2001 Report Share Posted June 8, 2001 Nut French Potatoes 1 quart pared raw potatoes 1 pint boiling water 2 tsps. salt 2 tbsps. peanut butter Cut potatoes in strips lengthways. Put into a baking pan. Dissolve salt and peanut butter in boiling water and pour over potatoes. Bake until the potatoes are tender and browned.
