No Name but tasty

Zuchinni sliced

onion quartered

kidney beans (I use canned)

large can of tomatoes or fresh

In a large frying pan put a thin coat of the oil of

your choice. I usually olive or canola.

one layer of onions

then the zuchinnie salt & pepper the zuchinnies

then the tomatoes

Put a lid on it & cook on low checking & stirring ,

when the zuchinnie are almost done add the kidney

beans.

Someone made this for me I thought it would be gross,

much to my surprise I loved . I even bought a bigger

frying pan so I could have left overs.

Try it - doesn't sound like much but it's easy & good.
