Guest guest Posted June 3, 2001 Report Share Posted June 3, 2001 Makes two bowls, May be multiplied 2 Tablespoons + 3/4 teaspoon Short Grain Brown Rice 2 Tablespoons + 3/4 teaspoon Barley 1 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon + 1 3/4 cup juice of choice (I preffer Orange) 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla 1/2 tablespoon Molasses 1/2 tablespoon Maple Syrup Throw everything in crockpot and stir. Turn it on to Low. Go to bed. In the morning, garnish with cut pieces of dried fruit, (dried Cherry is really good)and chopped pecans.
