Guest guest
1 cup Non-Hydrogenated Non-Dairy Margarine (Like Earth Balance) 3/4 cup Sugar in the Raw 3/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey (Honey yields better results, But Maple is good too) 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 2 Ener-G Egg Equivalents 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour 1 Bag of Cloud Nine Double Dark Chocolate Chips Cream Sugar, Syrup or honey and margarine. Add Vanilla, prepared Ener- G Equivalents, baking soda and salt. Add Flour, mix thoroughly. Stir in Chocolate Chips. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 until golden. Remove from sheet promptly and cool on cooling rack. *Notes: The Maple tends to make the cookie be just a wee bit thicker- tasting. The honey gives it a lighter, sweeter taste. You can use 1/2 a bag of chocolate chips and still have good chip distribution, if you preffer. I've used other Non-dairy chips, and so far, Cloud Nine has to be my absolute FAVORITE, you can of course, substitute your favorite chips in their place though.
