My husband and I would like to improve our health by changing to a vegeterian lifestyle. I have seen the dramatic testimony of a friend of mine with Lupus how much this has improved her health. I suffer from both chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia so hope this will help me as well. This is a drastic step for both my hubby and I because we both enjoy meat and junk food. But no more!!! I love the idea of this list for quick recipes on a budget and I look forward to learning more from all of you.
