Guest guest Posted May 15, 2001 Report Share Posted May 15, 2001 Vegetarian Brown Rice Stir-Fry With Vegetables 1 box quick brown rice 2 tbsps. oil 1/2 tsp. garlic 1/2 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. onions 1/2 c. mushrooms 1/2 c. beansprouts Cook contents of box according to package directions.
