Serve with warm croissants for a holidays-only treat! 225 g plain chocolate (at least 60 per cent cocoa solids) 450 ml single cream Melt the chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Stir in the cream and pour into 6 small coffee cups. Chill for 30 minutes until thickened and slightly set. Try serving with warm, toasted fruit bread and fresh fruit cut into bite-size pieces.
