I like your suggestions. On the other groups I belong to we use OT for off topic as well and trim the posts or they get sent back to us.

 

I would like to see the list stay.

hmmm... I'd have to taste this to be sure... (and will soon !) but what

about a nice portabella mushroom either as a burger, or just as a

'steak "

 

try marinading in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic.. a little sea

salt,

 

bake in the marinade, and then top with some large tomato slices, some

big red onion slices, maybe some mozzarella (I used soy.. vegan

gourmet) with the tomatoes & onions on top of the cheese...

 

broil to melt the cheese and give it that bubbly burnt look..
