Guest guest Posted May 10, 2001 Report Share Posted May 10, 2001 THREE CABBAGE ASIAN COLESLAW 6 T Rice Wine Vinegar 4 T Peanut Oil 5 T Creamy Peanut Butter 3 T Soy Sauce 3 T Brown Sugar 2 T Minced Fresh Ginger 1-2 cloves Garlic, minced 5 C Sliced Green Cabbage (slice it thin) 2 C Sliced Red Cabbage (slice it thin) 2 C Sliced Napa Cabbage (slice it thin) 1 lg Red Bell Peppers, julienned 1 lg Yellow Bell Peppers, julienned 2 med Carrots, grated 6 Green Onions, chopped ½ C Fresh Cilantro, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste Sesame Seeds, to taste Prepare the dressing by whisking together the rice vinegar, oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. In a large bowl, combine the cabbages, bell peppers, carrots, green onions and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper and/or sesame seeds to taste.
