Guest guest Posted May 10, 2001 Report Share Posted May 10, 2001 Vegetarian Cilantro Pesto 1 1/2 cs. fresh cilantro, firmly packed 1/2 c. parsley, firmly packed 1/2 c. parmesan cheese 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/4 tsp. salt 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 c. pine nuts Place all ingredients in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in a blender container; cover and process until well blended.
