Holiday Cookbook 1 cucumber 6 cs. tomato juice, canned 3 green onions, chopped 2 tbsps. lemon, juice 1 dash tabasco sauce 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish Peel and grate the cucumber. add to the tomato juice with the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Strain before serving. Makes 8 servings. Calories...38...Fat...0 g...Protein...2 g...Carbs...9 g. ...Sodium...369 mg...Fiber...0.4 g.
