Guest guest Posted April 27, 2001 Report Share Posted April 27, 2001 Vegetarian, Creole Succotash 1 c. green beans, snapped 1 c. soya milk 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 large onion, diced 1 tsp. sage 1 garlic clove, minced 1 c. corn Simmer the beans in soy milk for a few minutes. Add bell pepper, garlic, sage & onion & continue to simmer until the beans, pepper & onion are cooked. Add the corn & cook for no more than 5 minutes before serving.
