Guest guest Posted May 2, 2001 Report Share Posted May 2, 2001 Vegetarian Spinach-Squash Crockpot Soup Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time: 0:0 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 ounces spinach, frozen 1 small yellow squash -- diced 1/2 small onion -- minced 2 carrots -- diced 4 cloves garlic -- minced 6 ounces v-8 vegetable juice 1/2 cup navy beans 4 cups water 1 teaspoon salt Through it all in the crock and let it cook on high all day.
