Guest guest Posted April 20, 2001 Report Share Posted April 20, 2001 Vegan Creamy Garlic Dressing 1 garlic clove, crushed 1/4 lb. tofu, firm, drained 1/4 c. water 3 tbsps. lemon juice, fresh 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. tahini 1 tbsp. dill, fresh, chopped 1 tsp. maple syrup fresh ground black pepper Place all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
