Hi,

 

My name is Esther and I've just joined .

I'm from the Netherlands, but cook almost as much in English as in Dutch.

I'm not a vegetarian now, but I have been for five years. These days I try

to eat meat only every other day.

It depends on my schedule and inspiration if I manage that.

I post to several other groups on recipes, and plan to at least send copies

of suitable recipes to this list.
