Thu, 12 Apr 2001 13:37:52 -0400 " Dancer^ " <coolcook Vegetarian Oriental Noodles With Vegetables Vegetarian Oriental Noodles With Vegetables 8 ozs. chinese egg noodles 1 1/2 tbsps. vegetable oil 1/2 garlic clove, sliced, peeled 1/2 chopped onion 1 sliced carrot 1/2 green pepper, diced 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil 1 tbsp. peanuts Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes. Drain well. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add the onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper, and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
