Warm a bowl of milk, just a little warmer than room temperature. Add a

spoonful of Yogurt, Mix well..

Cover and keep in a warm place. Depending upon the temperature, the curd

will set in 12 - 24 hours. It will set quicker is it is warmer.

 

The next day, use a spoonful of this curd with a fresh bowl of milk.
