Guest guest Posted April 4, 2001 Report Share Posted April 4, 2001 Vegan Spinach and Cashew Salad 1 1/2 cs. chopped raw spinach leaves 1/2 c. watercress 4 green onions; sliced 1/3 c. cashews 1/2 c. croutons vegan salad dressing (your favorite one) Combine the spinach, watercress, green onions, and cashews in a serving bowl.
