Guest guest Posted April 3, 2001 Report Share Posted April 3, 2001 Veggie Sandwich Spread From; Toronto Vegetarian Association 1 pkg. firm tofu 1/2 c. soy mayonnaise 1 green onion, diced 1 green bell pepper, diced 1 celery stalk, chopped 1/4 c. sunflower or sesame seeds 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. curry powder 1 tsp. turmeric 1 tsp. garlic powder Crumble the tofu with a fork.
