Guest guest Posted March 22, 2001 Report Share Posted March 22, 2001 Vegetarian Pasta With Fresh Tomatoes 3 cups chopped tomatoes 1 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon dried basil Salt and pepper taste 1 cup cooked rotini macaroni Fresh basil leaves (optional) In large saucepan, combine all the ingredients (except for the pasta) and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the onions are golden brown (be sure to stir occasionally).
