Guest guest Posted March 20, 2001 Report Share Posted March 20, 2001 Vegetarian Spanish Tomatoes and Beef 1 (16-ounce) package vegetarian ground meatless 1 (11-ounce) can white shoepeg corn 4 cups water 1 (18-ounce) can tomato paste 1 (16-ounce) jar chunky salsa 1 1/2 cups Minute brand white rice Put all ingredients into a large non-stick Dutch oven. Cook over mediumheat, stirring constantly, until well mixed. Bring to a boil. Cover. Turn off heat and let simmer for a couple of minutes. Can add some grated cheese on top when turned off to simmer.
