Guest guest
From Aerielle Louise ;-) Mn. Talk Radio Network 3/9/01 Here's a hint from a PC Tech on Configuring your anti-virus program: I used to know the answer to how many viruses I received....... But after a while I arrived at a LBM (that means " light bulb moment " which is far better than a senior moment which I have often). I changed my settings in Norton's AV to automatically try to fix the file, and if it couldn't, to automatically move it to quarantine. I haven't had a notice since, and everything is just fine <G> Of course, I also have my Norton's set to automatically update virus files. Guess I just got tired of Norton's asking me what I wanted to do -- I always told it to try to fix it, then send it to quarantine.
