Guest guest Posted February 28, 2001 Report Share Posted February 28, 2001 Vegetarian Low-Fat Icy Orange Grapefruit Cocktail (high fiber) 1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 cup lemonade 2-1/2 tablespoons minced mint 2 large grapefruit 2 oranges Mix lemon juice, lemonade, and mint. Pour into trays and freeze until soft but not solid. Cut grapefruit in half; remove flesh and cut into small pieces. Peel oranges; cut flesh into small pieces. Mix together the grapefruit and orange pieces. Pile into grapefruit shells. Top with the lemonade mixture. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
