Guest guest Posted February 22, 2001 Report Share Posted February 22, 2001 Lime Potatoes From; 1000 Classic Indian Recipes 1 tablespoon butter or vegan margarine 2 tablespoons tomato paste 2 tablespoons cilantro 2 tablespoons finely chopped small green chilies 6 large potatoes, cubed and cooked juice of one lime Combine everything in a large skillet except potatoes and lime and fry until the fat separates.
