I bet the salsa recipe Dancer posted would be delicious served that way. Martha < Vegetarian Watermelon Strawberry Mint Salsa 1 cup watermelon -- diced and seeded 3/4 cup strawberries -- diced 1/4 cup red onion -- diced 2 tablespoons jalapeno -- diced 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves -- finely chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 teaspoon sugar Gently stir together all ingredients.
