Guest guest Posted January 26, 2001 Report Share Posted January 26, 2001 VEGETARIAN CURRIED POTATOES WITH CAULIFLOWER 4 cups of peeled potatoes, quartered 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon ground turmeric Dash of ground cumin 2 tomatoes, diced 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala 2 cups of water Combine all the ingredients and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached.
