Guest guest Posted January 20, 2001 Report Share Posted January 20, 2001 TOFU SCRAMBLE 1 carrot, diced very fine 1 green onion, sliced 1 stalk celery, diced fine 1 T. Italian Herbs, or 2 T. natural salsa kernels of 2 ears of corn tamari soy sauce, to taste 1 clove of garlic, minced package of tofu 1/3 c. water Place carrots, celery, corn, and garlic in a lightly oiled skillet. Spread out tofu on top, breaking it up. Pour in water, bring to boil, cover, and simmer 5 minutes. Add onion and salsa or herbs.
