Guest guest Posted January 17, 2001 Report Share Posted January 17, 2001 Vegan Oil-Free Banana Vinaigrette Salad 1 medium banana, ripe 1/2 cup water 2 T apple cider vinegar 1 T sweetener of your choice 1 T herb seasoning (Ms Dash is good) 1/4 tsp salt 3 cups mixed greens or cabbage Fresh cracked pepper Layer all ingredients except greens and pepper in blender in order given. Blend on high about 1 minute until smooth. Refrigerate for at least one hour before using. Pour over greens (or cabbage) and toss. Top with fresh cracked black pepper.
