Guest guest Posted January 20, 2001 Report Share Posted January 20, 2001 Lemony Broccoli with Garlic 3 large bunches broccoli (about 3.5 lbs) 3 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 cup vegetable stock 1 tsp grated lemon peel 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice salt & pepper to taste Cut the broccoli into large florets. Over a medium-high heat, heat the oil in a 12" skillet. Add the garlic, cook 1-2 minutes until golden. Add the broccoli, cook 3 minutes, turning frequently. Add the vegetable stock & lemon peel.
