Guest guest Posted January 13, 2001 Report Share Posted January 13, 2001 I'm looking for advice on a cookbook with recipes on cooking vegetarian dishes that fill your daily nutritional needs and are relatively quick. That's what I find the hardest thing is, eating meals that are nutritious AND quick enough to make if you work a lot and are busy. Any help would be appreciated.
