Dear Cherrie.

Yep, the Polenta did come in a tube. We took your suggestion and fried it

up with sauce and it was delicious! It has a rather unique taste. I

thought it tasted like a cheese ravioli filling of sorts. Does anyone use

it as a substitue for cheese in vegan recipes? (Our was garlic & oregano

flavored.) I'dlove more asy polenta recipes if anyone else has 'em!

Thanks!

Chris

to start us off. How would we use this with pasta sauce?
