Guest guest
Does anyone have a recipe for a black bean spread. I've never heard of one but I was thinking it would be good on bagels or something, I just love black beans. Also I finally read part of The Mad Cowboy and I am ready to quit cooking meat for my family. I'm not even going to tell them. I used to feel guilty doing that but after reading that, I would feel guilty cooking them meat at all. I am looking for ideas and ways to trick them into thinking they are eating meat, recipes etc. Sorry if this sounds mean to anyone. I have the most stubborn family but I want to do what's best for them, and I hate it when they eat meat. What they don't know wont hurt them. I've snuck crumbles into some things, but it seems like unless the dish is kind of crunchy they notice the texture. I would appreciate ANY ideas : ) Love Lila
