Guest guest
OK, I've never posted a recipe before b/c I'm not the best or most creative in the kitchen. This is far from gourmet, but it's quick, simple and easy. Best of all, my kids eat it up. 1 package Alfredo sauce mix powder, made to directions *calls for 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup water - we use 1-1/2 c. skim milk with no water and lite margarine to cut down on the fat 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 16 oz package pasta, prepared Mix all together and serve with parmesan cheese. Sometimes I add artichoke hearts for variation. Lida
Guest guest
Another wonderful thing to add to this dish is sundried tomatoes... I make spinach and artichoke lasagna and it is basically this but with noodles... It's awesome... you can also have pitas or some really good bread and make spinach dip!!! YUM!!!
