Guest guest Posted December 18, 2000 Report Share Posted December 18, 2000 Vegetarian Low-Fat Watermelon-Pineapple Ice 4 cs. seeded, cubed watermelon 2 6 oz. cans unsweetened pineapple juice Postion knife blade in food processor bowl, add watermelon. Process 30 seconds or until smooth. Add pineapple juice and process 10 seconds. Pour into an 8-inch square pan; cover and freeze 4 hours or until almost firm. Return to bowl and process for 30 seconds or until smooth and serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
