Guest guest Posted December 14, 2000 Report Share Posted December 14, 2000 SUN-DRIED TOMATO BEAN DIP 3 ounces sun-dried tomatoes 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons Italian-style tomato paste 15-ounce can cannelli beans, drained and rinsed 1 clove garlic, minced Salt and pepper to taste 2 peppers (red, green, or yellow), seeded and chopped Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
