HELP!!!!

Help on the double!!! I need a recipe for a really luscious veggie dip.

Don't want to do guacamole because this time of year getting ripe avocado is

tough. I am really desperate and thank anyone who can help me in advance.

Willing to experiment with tofu, vegan cream cheese.....Whatever.

Hi Sarah,

 

Last weekend, I made a delish spinach dip for a small get-together at

a friend's, and it was a hit with the hostess and her husband. (In

fact, they said they ate if for breakfast the next morning!) It's

super-simple. Go to your local market's soup aisle and get a box of

Knorr's vegetable soup mix (dry). The recipe is on the back. Besides

the soup mix, the other ingredients are spinach, sour cream, a little

bit of mayo, scallions, and water chestnuts. (I left out the water

chestnuts.) I served it with bits of crusty bread. Yum!
