Guest guest Posted December 11, 2000 Report Share Posted December 11, 2000 Vegetarian Green Vegeatbles With Tempeh 1/2 pound tempeh, cubed 3 cups broccoli, chopped 2 cups green beans 3 cups asparagus 1/2 cup tamari sauce (regular soy is acceptable) Cook tempeh and 1/4 cup tamari using medium heat (covered) for about 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
