Guest guest Posted November 27, 2000 Report Share Posted November 27, 2000 ~Emmy~ Veggie Chili Serving size: 6 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2 tablespoons oil 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper (optional) 2 15-ounce cans Hunt's Chili Beans 2 15-ounce can Hunt's Ready Tomato Sauces Chunky Chili 2 8-ounce cans mixed veggies, drained 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese In large saucepan, heat oil and saute the onion and bell pepper (if using) until very tender.
