Is the puree from the blender meant to be served as a hot soup? If so, how could you then place a mound of puree on a cookie sheet? Isn't puree a soup-like consistency? -- Chris

I have made this and after the puree I put it on a cookie sheet using a ice cream scoop, and browned that way it was great. I hope that helps.
