Vegetarian, Low-Fat Lemon Hummus

 

 

14-ounce can garbanzo beans

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 teaspoon cardamom

1 teaspoon crushed garlic (1 clove)

 

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process to

desired consistency. Chill before serving.

Makes 1 1/2 cs.
