Guest guest Posted November 17, 2000 Report Share Posted November 17, 2000 Vegetarian Raspberry & Tofu Dessert This easy recipe will surely satisfy a sugar craving. 10 ounces raspberries 10 ounces firm silken tofu 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 tablespoons honey Using a blender or food processor, process the raspberries into a pulp. Remove the raspberry seeds using a strainer or a sieve. Combine the strained pulp with the remaining ingredients in a food processor (or blender).
