Guest guest Posted November 15, 2000 Report Share Posted November 15, 2000 1-2 cups cooked rice 2 cups water 1 Knorr Vegetarian Boullion Cube onion powder garlic powder 1 Tb. lime juice Adobo seasoning (if availible, i buy Goya) 1 Tb. chopped cilantro (opt) Prepare rice and set aside. Boil water and add boullion cube. Stir until cube dissolves and add lime juice and cilantro if using. I am not sure how much of the spices I use, about a 1/2 tsp each. Just season to taste.
