Hiya all!

ok update on our house. I really have to admit with out the mock meat

substitutions Im not so sure how this would be going! My son is VERY

pickie..I mean he smells his choco cookies and even refuses some on smell!

so i knew even though hubby was a b*** and potatoes man that my son would

be hardest..now i didnt do the switch fast i was slowly adding in more

veggies..I actually hadent had many complaints from hubby! only on a stirfry

sauce being to bland lol, we sure like our spice!

Any ways was at jewel getting the spinach and saw some veggie hotdogs

....i thought mmmm maybe kids would eat...ok more like my baby girl..but i

got anyways to try ..My son LOVES them! they smell and taste like regular!

its great ! Im gona get some more of there products along with BOCA products

and for now try that a bit...there website is www.yvesveggie.com ..ok not

sure if my son will ever eat beans..but at least he is eating soy and liking

it!

A VERY pleased Niccii

P.S ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????can i

use these soy products to replace in regular recipes? ,is there any cooking

times i should be aware of?It seems in recipe si see them in they are not

cooked for a long time peirod?mmmmmmmmmmm Now im curious!

Great I like Smart Dogs too. I also like Smart Deli lunch meats they are

super. Boca is probably my favorite and their chicken tenders are just

super. Thanks for the link I can always use them.

I also like Lightlife Italian Sausage you won't believe it is not the real

thing super in Lasagne or spaghetti sauce.
