Guest guest Posted November 13, 2000 Report Share Posted November 13, 2000 Vegetarian Tofu (creamy) With Pasta 2 teaspoons of olive oil 1/2 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped 2 teaspoons flour 3/4 cup soymilk Pinch of salt Pinch cayenne 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1/4 pound of tofu, crumbled 1/2 cup of green peas 6 ounces pasta, cooked Heat the oil and saute onion and garlic. Cover and let simmer for one minute. Stir in flour and then whisk in the soymilk. After the mixture thickens, combine all of the other ingredients and cook for 3-5 minutes.
