LOL we love food sooo all! lol

cant remember which i posted? more yet! lolill post later today or in

morn..im slowly converting ALL my recipes to veggie and WW ..WW i have hang

of converting...not veggie style..not sure portion wis e how to replace gr

b*** to substitute?how to cook ect..lol..didnt find tofu to later lol so

reason for soy meal in some of recipes lol..lol ..im slowwly learning lol..

Miriam,

I am a lifetime WW member and have had good luck with the main

WeightWatchers home page. They have a specific message board for

vegetarians and there are often veg recipes on some of the other boards.

There used to be an list with 123 in the name, but I'd

d before the switch. None of my other links are still

active.

 

Keep up the good work; it's amazing how much better you feel (physically

and emotionally) as the weight come off.
