Guest guest Posted November 7, 2000 Report Share Posted November 7, 2000 Ok dug out at home kit and found a very small an d thin booklet on vegetarian..a bit depressing hey! anyways let me know any specific questions an d i will try and answer for ya from what i read your basicly useing legumes in place of m*** for protien..do you eat dairy? It says dairy wise lots of plants have in ...example Kale,collard, and mustard green, broccoli, and bok choy,dry beans,tofu prepoared with calcium, and calcium fortified oj and soy milk andsesame seeds..All veggies are used in WW..in fact a large amount of are considered 0 points and free!well thats it for now ill dig thrtu recipe san dsee what i have..you can alos revamp any recipe to fit in!
